Limited to 15 per class.
Class Summary: Field course designed for advanced lineman. “Hands on” approach to reconductor using energized conditions without disruption of service. Students spend 1 day in class and 3 days in the field.
Prerequisites: 1: Must complete Aerial gloving I, Aerial device capabilities and capacities, Introduction to stinging equipment, Sag techniques, Methods of conductor replacement. Students must bring their own rubber gloves, rubber sleeves, hand tools, harness and other PPE.
